About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our client's Customer Experience (CX) team in Auckland. This role is crucial as the team accelerates its transition from a legacy web platform to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure the project aligns strategically while facilitating smooth execution.
As the Product Owner, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing digital product backlogs to ensure prioritisation aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including CX designers, UX/UI developers, content authors, and other business stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Driving the continuous improvement of website performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Employing human-centred design principles and agile methodologies throughout the development process.

About You:


To be successful in this role; you should possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager, particularly in managing content and web platform development.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise backlogs for digital products effectively.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent requirement-gathering skills with a focus on aligning business goals with technical execution.
  • Knowledge of human-centred design principles and familiarity with agile frameworks.
  • A proactive attitude towards driving performance improvement and customer engagement outcomes.
