What You'll Be Doing:
- Validating predefined initiatives and assessing their value, complexity, and feasibility
- Engaging stakeholders to successfully plan and execute projects
- Managing change, including communication, training, and impact assessment
- Translating data insights into actionable decisions
- Aligning initiatives with commercial objectives and supply chain goals
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth delivery
- Communicating project updates and influencing key stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in project delivery and change management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track success after implementation
- Experience working with FMCG businesses and technology integration is essential for this contract!
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including SAP, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft NAV
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
