Workplace Engineer (Contract)

We are seeking a Workplace Engineer to join our End User Services Team on a contract basis. You will play a key role in managing M365 and device fleets, ensuring seamless patch management across laptops and M365, and overseeing M365 backups. This role requires expertise in modern workspace technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and M365 (AAD, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams).
- Experience with SCCM/MECM, Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, and desktop virtualization.
- Expertise in device fleet management and patch management across M365 and laptops.
- App packaging and deployment for Windows and macOS environments.
- Administration of Chromebooks and cross-platform endpoint security.
