About the Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing processes and combating fraud? We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Manager to join our client’s dynamic Fraud team. In this critical role, you will lead initiatives to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficiency while specifically targeting fraud prevention and mitigation strategies. Your process improvement and operational excellence expertise will play a key role in safeguarding the client and improving overall performance of the business. About You:
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within corporate environments with a focus on process improvement and or operational transformations
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify weaknesses in processes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to execution.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fraud and data protection.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
- Some knowledge around fraud prevention techniques and risk management strategies will be a plus.
