Our client, a leading Managed Services Provider, is seeking a seasoned professional in Information Management for a part-time contract role. If you have extensive knowledge in governance, frameworks, and document management tools, and are looking for a flexible opportunity, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What Our Client is Looking For:
 

  • Experience: A strong background in Information Management frameworks, governance, and document management tools such as SharePoint (and others).
  • Versatility: Ability to work across a variety of industries, with a deep understanding of diverse operating models.
  • Practical Solutions: Proven experience tailoring information management solutions to meet the unique needs of different organisations.
  • Great Advice: A good listener who can provide clear, actionable advice on Information Management practices that reflect the unique needs of the organisation.
  • Leadership Insight: Experience working at various levels within organisations, understanding the challenges and perspectives of senior leadership.
  • Workflow Savvy: Deep understanding of document flows within organisations and the importance of robust processes for efficient workflows.
  • Discoverable Info Expertise: Strong knowledge in managing discoverable information, particularly for councils and government clients.
  • Hands-On Approach: Although you’ve held senior positions, you’re still passionate about rolling up your sleeves to guide and support clients on their Information Management journey.

The Role:
 
  • Type of Work: Part-time, contract-based, and flexible—perfect for professionals seeking to step back from full-time commitments.
  • What You’ll Do: Provide expert advice, develop strategies, implement strong governance, optimise workflows, and ensure efficient document management. You will not be responsible for hands-on technical tasks but will guide clients through the strategic side of information management.
