About the Role:

This newly created Key Account Executive role will play a crucial role in supporting the National Business Manager with grocery customers and owning relationships with Foodservice and independent customers.
This position involves executing account management strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across assigned accounts. By providing comprehensive support and leveraging industry insights, the Key Account Executive will help to strengthen customer relationships and achieve business objectives.

You will play a key role in ensuring all of Raglan Food Co promotional and product initiatives are submitted and loaded accurately and correctly with customers and will be responsible for driving gross & net sales revenue targets within the financial year across Foodservice & Independent Customers.
Support the national business manager in the communication & management of key information with the field services agency, to help ensure that key account activities are executed flawlessly.

About You:

You’re a self-starter who is motivated to be part of one of New Zealand’s fastest growing FMCG businesses that believes running a good business is also a tool for doing good.

You will come with FMCG sales or category experience, ideally coming from a Category Analyst, Account Executive or Territory Manager position.
You will have strengths in how to interpret and analyse data and insights. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.
