About the Company:

Our client is a market leader in its field with a customer base of over 500,000. They are going through a complex and large scale network migration / upgrade.

About the Role:  

We are seeking a Senior Change Delivery / Risk Manager for a critical network upgrade project within our large customer base. This hands-on role will involve overseeing the migration delivery process, ensuring seamless transitions while effectively managing risks, particularly technology related risks and the impact on our customers. You will be working closely with the Programme Manager, Tech Team, Finance and Legal teams in the cross functional role.

About You:  

Proven experience in change delivery and risk management, particularly in large migration projects.

  • Strong understanding of technology risk and its impact on customer operations and satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts clearly
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing project dynamics
  • Ideally come from a tech or broadcast background with proven delivery in this space
  • Senior experience with at least 10 years track record in complex change and risk
