About the Role:  

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join part of the technology team across Delivery and Change Centre of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will provide coordination expertise to a diverse range of exciting projects and programmes.


You will be an integral part of the Project and Programme leadership team. Your expertise will help shape the success of various initiatives while fostering a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project management processes are not only in place, but are also well understood and effectively implemented across the organisation.

What you will do:
 

  • Shape Governance: Define and manage central governance for projects and programs, ensuring smooth operation and progress.
  • Empower teams: Provide training and support to make sure project standards and best practices are second nature to everyone.
  • Manage Delivery: Assist in the management of project schedules, budgets, and interdependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure Quality: Support essential governance activities, including risk and issue management, resource allocation, change control, stakeholder reporting, quality assurance, and vendor management.

About You:
 
  • 5+ years of project coordination experience in a large enterprise organisation / environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as PPM, Confluence and JIRA
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
  • Knowledge and experience in project methodologies, quality assurance, risk management, and program reporting
  • A proactive approach to accountability and influencing skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels in a fast paced environment
