About the Role:

No two days the same! Oversee the procurement, installation, maintenance, and day-to-day management of our clients IT systems, network and equipment, ensuring security and user access adhere to IT policies and procedures.

  • Manage all IT operations including user account setup and hardware/software installations
  • Provide training for new users and application support
  • Work efficiently and adapt quickly to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for IT expenditures
  • Work with vendors as required
About You:
  • 2-5 years in IT support with Level 1-3 proficiency
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange
  • Proficient in managing hardware and software
  • Experienced with CRM Platforms
  • Excellent problem solver with effective and proactive communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly, pivot as needed, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
