About the Role:
No two days the same! Oversee the procurement, installation, maintenance, and day-to-day management of our clients IT systems, network and equipment, ensuring security and user access adhere to IT policies and procedures.
- Manage all IT operations including user account setup and hardware/software installations
- Provide training for new users and application support
- Work efficiently and adapt quickly to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for IT expenditures
- Work with vendors as required
About You:
- 2-5 years in IT support with Level 1-3 proficiency
- Strong background in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange
- Proficient in managing hardware and software
- Experienced with CRM Platforms
- Excellent problem solver with effective and proactive communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, pivot as needed, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
