Senior Systems Analyst - Office 365 & Power Platform

We're seeking a Senior Systems Analyst who excels in Office 365 and the Power Platform to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, define requirements, and implement robust solutions that transform their operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation and Requirements Gathering:
    • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
    • Gather and analyse requirements to recommend Office 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  2. Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Design and architect solutions using Office 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
    • Develop and configure applications and workflows within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  3. Integration and Deployment:
    • Integrate Office 365 and Power Platform solutions with existing systems and applications.
    • Manage deployment processes and ensure successful implementation.
  4. Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to clients and end-users on implemented solutions.
    • Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on Office 365 and Power Platform developments and best practices.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
    About You:
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Office 365 and Power Platform solutions.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using Office 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
      • Experience with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, connectors) and data migration.
    • Communication Skills:
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
      • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
    • Problem-Solving Abilities:
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
      • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
