Are you passionate about driving organizational change through data and analytics?

We're looking for a proactive Programme Analyst to join our dynamic People Change & Programme Delivery team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of key change initiatives across our organization.


What You'll Do:
 

  1. Support Strategic Decision-Making: Assess the potential benefits, risks, impacts, and costs of proposed changes. Your insights will guide decision-makers on moving forward with impactful initiatives.
  2. Predict and Analyse Change Impacts: Dive deep into how changes affect processes and people. Your analysis will provide crucial insights into the outcomes of our transformation efforts.
  3. Drive Process and System Improvements: Identify opportunities for enhancing our processes and systems. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to plan and deploy changes effectively.
  4. Monitor Programme Performance: Maintain programme plans, track delivery progress, and report on performance. You'll ensure that projects stay on track and escalate any issues to project leads promptly.
  5. Provide Administrative Support: Keep our operations running smoothly by scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining records and reports.

What You'll Bring:
 
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in management or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of experience in analytical roles within complex programmes or projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and functional design using tools like Visio. Experience with MS Office 365 suite is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
  • Change Management Expertise: Demonstrable experience in change impact assessment and familiarity with change management tools.
