Are you an experienced Network Engineer ready to lead and inspire a talented team? We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join a dynamic Network and Operations team, where you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to our engineers. As a senior member of our collaborative and inclusive team, you will drive a culture of innovation and shared learning. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures using cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, as well as on-premises environments. You will ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our network systems, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, and manage all aspects of network operations.

In addition to technical expertise, you will oversee the ticket management process, ensuring tickets are resolved promptly and service level agreements are consistently met. You will lead triage efforts, scope and size work packages, and provide tactical planning and delivery to enhance infrastructure service. Your role will include managing network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs, including Fortinet platforms, while ensuring all systems comply with security policies and standards.
