In this role, you will oversee end-to-end program delivery, managing complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, leveraging your deep understanding of ERP systems to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business processes. Your leadership will be critical in managing project risks, resources, and budget to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programs and a strong background in ERP transformation. You should be adept at navigating the complexities of change management, driving process improvements, and aligning technology with business strategies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
