About the Role: 

As a Senior Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business applications. You’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality support and maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to system enhancements. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and support the overall performance of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for ERP systems, CRM applications, and other business applications. Ensure all systems are running efficiently and effectively.
•    Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for updates, patches, and issue resolution, maintaining strong professional relationships.
•    User Support and Training: Assist end-users with system issues and conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency.
•    System Optimization: Identify and implement system enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
•    Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.


About You: 

•    Proficient in integration techniques and middleware for "hub and spoke" integration.
•    Experience with JIRA, particularly JIRA Service Management, including user management and portal configuration.
•    Strong understanding of SaaS environments.
•    Proficient in SQL and capable of reading code in languages such as C#, PHP, JavaScript.
•    Ability to create repeatable processes where applicable.

Experience:
•    At least 5 years of experience supporting ERP systems (Infor M3 experience is a plus but not essential), including troubleshooting, user support, and system configuration.
•    Demonstrated project delivery experience in IT, including managing and delivering small to medium-scale projects.
•    Experience working with and managing third-party vendor relationships.

Soft Skills:
•    Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    Ability to effectively train and support end-users.
