About the Role:

This role delivers technical services with a focus on network optimisation, maintenance, and strong customer relationships. The team handles consultancy, upgrades, incident management, and provides support through pre-sales, training, and documentation.
 

  • Create and implement technical solutions to support the program and connect customers to services
  • Provide technical leadership and incident management for major and complex technical events
  • Network equipment configuration changes
  • Pinpoint risks and challenges linked to the installation and support of complex solutions.
  • Serve as the escalation point relating to provisioning matters
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Network Engineer in Cisco environment
  • Qualifications in CCNA, CCNP, NSE 5/7 or similar
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise FortiGate solutions for enhanced network security and performance
  • Proven experience with DHCP and DNS
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships
