About the Role:

Design, implement and maintain network infrastructure solutions for clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring high quality availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated IT solutions.
-
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
-
Monitor network performance and optimise as necessary to meet business objectives.
-
Document processes, configurations and changes for knowledge sharing.
About You:
-
Ideally a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role with a focus on networks.
-
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment ( routers, switches, firewalls)
-
Experience with Arista, Cisco.
-
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc) and VPN technologies.
-
Experience with network security principles and best practices.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
-
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
-
Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, etc)

Experience with network monitoring and management tools
-
Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Collaborative approach, enjoys working with others.
