About the Role:
This role is a vital part of our Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, supporting internal stakeholders with day-to-day system queries, resolving business issues, and managing minor system changes within SAP and related analytics platforms.
You’ll be part of a team responsible for:
- User Support: Responding to "How do I…?" questions and correcting data or process errors.
- Issue Investigation: Tracing the cause of errors or helping users figure out how to perform new tasks.
- Financial Insight: Applying your financial literacy to interpret finance-related queries and support finance system users.
What You’ll Do
Change Management & System Enhancements
- Implement minor changes to SAP functionality.
- Follow ITSM processes for change and release management.
- Prepare documentation and conduct Unit and SIT testing.
- Communicate system changes and their impacts to business stakeholders.
Business Analytics Support
- Support analytics and reporting tools in the SAP ecosystem.
- Work with non-technical users to ensure outputs are user-friendly and aligned with business needs.
Technical Environment
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in:
- SAP Business Warehouse (7.5)
- SAP BPC Planning (10.1)
- SAP Business Objects (4.2)
- SAP Lumira 2.0
- SAP Data Services
- SAP Analytics Cloud
About You:
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to be able to bridge the gap between tech and finance
- Familiar with SAP systems
- Strong financial understanding – You are comfortable with financial terminology and concepts.
- Analytical mindset – You enjoy investigating data to identify causes and solutions.
- User-focused communication – You can translate technical jargon into business-friendly advice.
- Experience in a government or complex corporate environment is an advantage.
