About the Role:


A rare opportunity to join the procurement team at Auckland Airport and really make a difference.
As the Procurement Manager you will be responsible for leading procurement initiatives that drive sustainable value, innovation, and operational excellence. This role ensures that procurement strategies align with organisational goals, market trends, and financial objectives while fostering strong supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration. The role also champions continuous improvement, risk management, and compliance to optimise procurement effectiveness and deliver strategic advantages.

About You:


You will probably have a degree qualification in commerce, business, finance or other related field (or equivalent body of knowledge) and MCIPS would be very desirable.
As the Procurement Manager you will bring your experience in structuring and negotiating complex contracts that drive long-term value and mitigate risks and experience in aligning procurement with key internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, to support business goals. You will a proven ability to develop and execute long-term procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and demonstrable evidence in developing others and building capability. You will also have an enviable track record of leading procurement transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and process optimisation.
