This business is on a transformation journey to deliver value on their strategic plan. As part of the journey the Transformation Management Office (TMO) has been established to deliver on strategic initiatives and support return on investment.
About the Role:
As the Financial Analyst within the TMO, you’ll be a key player in using data to support key decision making and drive value against the strategic plan.
Reporting to the GM Strategy, you will work collaboratively across a number of the Executives (Business Sponsors) to support the execution of their initiatives in this 12-month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality financial and strategic analysis to inform decision-making.
- Maintaining and developing financial models and scenario analyses.
- Delivering insights into KPIs, profitability, and return on investment.
- Using data to ensure transformation initiatives deliver value—on time and on budget.
About You:
This role requires someone who has confidence – not just in producing the numbers but in presenting them.
As well as strong communication skills you will bring:
- Strong financial literacy and modelling skills.
- A knack for translating complex financial data into actionable insight.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Previous experience working in a transformational role would be highly advantageous.
