About the Role:  

We’re currently seeking a Senior Integration Specialist with a strong background in Solution Architecture—particularly within contact centre environments—to join our team as we embark on a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation.

This is a permanent role with long-term programme work already approved and budgeted for beyond the next three years. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next-generation contact centre strategy for a major enterprise-wide lifecycle refresh across the organisation.
 

  • Lead the architecture design and integration of a new cloud-based contact centre platform, moving from legacy Cisco systems to AWS Connect and Genesys.
  •   Contribute to the development and establishment of a modern, AI-capable contact centre framework, focused on improving scalability, automation, and customer experience.
  • Support and backfill existing architectural roles as needed, while enabling internal team members to upskill in new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams on major transformation and integration projects with ongoing delivery needs.
  • Develop enterprise-grade integration solutions with a strong focus on cloud-native platforms, APIs, and SaaS services.


About You:
 
  • Proven experience in solution or integration architecture for contact centre platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Genesys, and other cloud-native or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Solid background in cloud architecture (preferably AWS) and a strong understanding of integration patterns and practices.
  • Experience in designing enterprise-scale systems and frameworks, ideally within a regulated or complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead technical discussions across teams and vendors.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle transformation programmes in the contact centre or telco space is a plus.
