About the Role:
As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
This is a temporary role initially for 2 months with possibility of extension.
- Assist in development and execution of campaigns: Lead generation, brand awareness, event or candidate search.
- Maintain the content calendar
- Develop and coordinate briefs for marketing activities.
- Develop EVP videos when required to support recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Support production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Ensure website content is accurate and optimised, and updated on a regular basis.
- Assist to publish content across multiple social media platforms, using our social media management tool
- Plan, co-ordinate and execute marketing events
- Monitor and report on platform spend across provider contracts
- Complete any extra tasks and/or duties as reasonably required from time to time
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is ideal/
- Proven experience (internships, coursework, or entry-level positions) in marketing or a related field 1-2 years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Understanding of marketing tools and software, such as Canva, CRM systems, design tools, social media and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing techniques, is ideal but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and basic project management experience
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects on the go at one time
