About the position:
This newly created Business Support Advisor position will play a crucial role in providing seamless administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is an exciting opportunity to focus on collaboration and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations, and organising and analysing a range of reports and data to provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
What this fabulous position will offer you:
This Business Support Advisor position will be a broad role where you will be working with a range of key internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for a variety of work programmes, as well as providing seamless administrative support across SLT. This will include the coordination of meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring that all the necessary documents are organised and available.
You will also oversee project-related work, manage Executive calendars, and the coordination of travel.
In this newly created position, you will have the ability to analyse existing processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will also contribute to developing relevant guidelines and templates that enhance performance and create efficiencies.
