About the Role:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in executing marketing strategies across a diverse consumer brand portfolio. You’ll be involved in everything from media strategy and product launches to local store marketing and competitor analysis.
- Support the delivery of the brand marketing plan, including campaigns, promotions, and new product introductions.
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to drive marketing activities, communications, and store initiatives.
- Analyse sales, competitor activity, and campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Oversee marketing for store transformations, new openings, and local sponsorships.
- Manage day-to-day tasks such as reporting, purchase orders, and team communications, while leading select brand projects to success.
About You:
- You have 1+ years of experience in marketing or brand roles, preferably within FMCG, retail, or other fast-paced consumer environments.
- You’re confident in working with clients, agency partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs and present ideas effectively.
- A dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for marketing and a keen ability to adapt in an agile environment.
- You have a proven track record in project management and are ready to drive projects to completion.
