About the Role:
As Territory Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our retail customers within your designated territory. Your mission? To drive sales, boost distribution, and grow our brand presence in a meaningful, memorable way. From executing trade promotions and managing call cycles to merchandising, hosting tastings, and delivering brand education - you’ll be in the thick of the action, making things happen on the ground.
You’ll also:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with your customer base.
- Achieve sales and distribution targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Champion customer service and be a go-to brand ambassador for Campari in your region.
- Keep detailed customer records and regularly review performance.
- Deliver best-in-class merchandising across shelf, fridge, and floor displays.
- Stay ahead of the game with competitor insights and market trend reporting.
- Work closely with the wider national team, attending meetings and contributing to an energised, collaborative culture.
- Represent Campari at events, tastings, and trade activations.
About You:
You’re a confident, relationship-driven Territory Manager or Sales Rep who knows how to turn conversations into results. You’ve got a knack for spotting opportunities, a good eye for merchandising, and a natural flair for customer engagement. You take ownership of your patch and bring energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic every day.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in liquor, beverage, or FMCG (territory management experience preferred).
- Strong local market knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Great time management, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A valid, unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 20kg.
Bonus points for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (nice to have, not essential).
- Experience hosting tastings, customer events, or trade shows.
