About the Role:
With cruise being one of the fastest-growing segments in the business, House of Travel are looking for a dynamic Cruise Campaign Manager to bring energy, strategy, and flawless execution to this newly created role to support expansion. This role sits within a busy and collaborative Customer Engagement team.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that owns end-to-end campaign delivery across all channels—press, TVC, radio, social, digital, and more. You’ll work closely with internal teams and cruise partners to deliver campaigns that are customer-focused, compliant, and commercially on point. Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns across cruise products and customer segments.
- Collaborate across teams (product, digital, social, content, email, and media) to deliver aligned, high-impact campaigns.
- Manage supplier relationships, media schedules, and identify exclusive opportunities to drive brand and enquiry.
- Champion campaign compliance and messaging consistency across all assets and channels.
- Use customer data and segmentation to tailor messaging and improve campaign outcomes.
- Oversee campaign calendars, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and minimise promotional collusion.
- Report on campaign effectiveness and contribute to long-term cruise marketing planning.
- Support strategic cruise initiatives, exclusive offers, and new customer lifecycle marketing efforts.
About You:
You’re an organised, driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment and you know how to get things done. You’re collaborative, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple deadlines while keeping stakeholders aligned and outcomes in sight.
- 3–5 years’ + experience in retail or B2C campaign marketing, ideally with exposure to travel or tourism (cruise experience is a massive advantage!).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and project management skills—you’re a finisher and a doer.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- A confident, energetic style with the ability to prioritise, influence, and lead cross-functional work.
- Hands-on experience with campaign tools, media planning, and digital channels including social, email, and SEO.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for travel—and ideally, cruise.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy.
