We are looking for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team in a role focused on overseeing cost models, improving cost recovery systems, and leading project management initiatives.

About the Role:
- Oversee and ensure cost models are up-to-date, accurate, and fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with the cost recovery team to leverage data and improve system performance.
- Provide thought leadership in the development and promotion of innovative costing and modelling solutions.
- Manage various project activities, including risk management, progress reporting, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Work closely with Finance to align memorandum accounts with core financial systems.
- Offer expert advice on cost recovery systems to the wider business.
- Support strategic use of cost recovery data, including modelling, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Lead the annual financial processes for cost recovery and ensure timely fee reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Audit Office guidance, Treasury requirements, and commercial best practices.
- Proactively manage cost recovery issues and develop strong partnerships with Finance and other business teams.
About You:
- Proven expertise in costing, financial modelling, and project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive improvements in system performance and financial outcomes.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
- Experience working with Finance to align financial systems and reporting.
