About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven insights professional with experience in audience analysis, data modelling, and developing effective data structures to support strategic decision-making. In this role, you’ll turn complex information into meaningful insight—shaping content and engagement strategies through a deep understanding of audience behaviour and market trends. You’ll also help design and maintain the underlying data systems that enable consistent, timely, and actionable reporting across the business.
About You:
- A university qualification in a relevant discipline such as data science, statistics, business analytics, social research, or a related field.
- Certifications in analytics, project management (e.g. PMP), or industry-recognised research standards (e.g. ESOMAR, Nielsen)—would be highly regarded.
- Proven experience in data modelling, including risk assessment and feasibility analysis.
- Experience in implementing scalable data warehouse architectures to support reporting and analytics requirements.
