About the Role:
Reporting to the COO you will be the owner of all things Health & Safety – ensuring that the execution of strategy, uplift of H&S standards, and best practice are all playing out locally and globally – with a positive, tangible impact in the field.
As an educator and masterful influencer, stakeholder management is at the forefront for this role, establishing effective H&S partnerships across all teams, and at all levels.
You will innovate around future-focused strategy, whilst being on the ground driving operational effectiveness - and you are comfortable in both spaces! Onsite presence is a given - engaging at every level. You’ll be out and about nationally as well, so yes, you like to travel and you like being amongst it!

- Development and design of strategy, frameworks, and processes
