About the Role:
As Customer Support, you will provide first line customer support over email and chat. The nature of the enquiries will be related to a users/customers account, payment issues, cancellations, change of usernames and monitor chat forums.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Once successful in the role, you will work a fixed shift which will require you to work one weekend day each week (either a Saturday or Sunday) with set shift hours (8am – 4pm).
In return, you will receive a carpark onsite, receive thorough training and join a fun, dynamic team.
About You:
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and good energy
- An interest in video gaming preferred!
