About the Role:


This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Auckland CBD.


Responsibilities:
 

  • Greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and coordinate meeting room/car park bookings, along with handling mail, couriers, catering, and office supplies.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, answer incoming calls, and provide admin support to the Head of Operations.
  • Oversee building maintenance, staff travel arrangements, and supplier relations, while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Administer Mavenlink, update project details, monitor timesheets, and support project budgets and training sessions.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving, and support health & safety compliance, internal audits, and carbon neutrality efforts.
  • Coordinate annual health checks, track training sessions, and assist with off-site inspections at month-end.


About You:
 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • You will have experience and proficiency with the MS office suite and use of Indesign would be advantageous
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
