About the Role:
This is an exciting a newly created senior marketing role based in Tauranga.
There is also the opportunity for a more senior person this role could be 4 days a week – bonus
Reporting into the COO & CEO and leading a growing team of 2 (graphic designer and content/video/website person) this role is tasked to lead, develop and implement the integrated marketing strategies across projects nationally, working with regional project sales manager to drive leads.
This includes elevating the brand and running compelling data led/insights driven campaigns across digital (website, email, social media and content), brochures, print channels to name a few
This includes strong leadership & coaching and internal collaboration as you’d expect
This includes:-
Bulidng brand awareness, then driving all key marketing initiatives, driving leads to the sales team to convert the lead with a digital first approach. CRM used is Onepage throughout the business for accurate and timely processes and live info.
Implementing integrated marketing initiatives across Meta/Google. Social Meda, Website, Radio, Print, POS, Brochures, Blogs, PR articles. Across multiple key projects, ensuring they align with the core values of the brand, with segmented messaging.
About You:
You will be a senior services marketer based in Tauranga
We are looking for someone who has led successful data led, insights driven comprehensive digitally led integrated marketing strategies, agencies and team with proven ROI, optimisation and on budget, brand and time.
A good understanding of the higher end of the market and selling high value products is helpful here
We are looking for someone who is strategic, passionate, commercial, creative, insights & results driven. An innovative person here who loves to collaborate.
You will be a true brand guardian, who can help craft and write the content across channels to ensure it is on brand and tone per project
You will enjoy working within a friendly family led business where people tend to be open minded and like to work together on a shared vision, at times with clear deadlines to be met with the launch and sales cycle of key projects
You will be a natural relationship person, and able to build rapport easily with internal and stakeholders with clear communications, objectives and taking people along the journey, creating a cohesive team.
You will be up for a busy role requiring solid project management, changing and competing priorities and managing these, it is an exciting role when you can really make a difference.
