About the Role:


A key leadership role where you will ultimately take ownership for the day-to-day leadership of the operations for the business including but not limited to production (currently), Customer service and relationships, Order Entry, operations, procurement, stores, dispatch and the financial aspect of the business too. A broad remit with a great team and peers within a business that really makes a difference.


About You:


You will have an impressive background in leadership, heading up an operations function and delivering results preferably in the pharmaceutical, dairy, health or a similar operating environment (not essential.) You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills and a continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of implementing strong systems and processes.
