About the Role:


 Brand Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute strategic brand plans that align with company objectives, ensuring long-term growth and market leadership.
 Product Innovation & Development – Lead innovation projects from concept to launch, working closely with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to introduce new and exciting products.
 Marketing Campaigns & Consumer Engagement – Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, in-store, and traditional media) to build brand awareness and loyalty.
 Market & Consumer Insights – Analyse consumer trends, market data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
 Commercial & Financial Performance – Manage brand P&L, optimise budgets, and track performance metrics to ensure a strong return on investment.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and key stakeholders to bring brand initiatives to life and achieve business objectives.


About You:


 Proven Brand Management Experience – 5+ years in brand management, preferably in FMCG, pet care, or consumer goods.
 Strategic & Commercial Acumen – A deep understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and financial metrics, with the ability to turn insights into action.
 Product Innovation Expertise – Experience in developing and launching new products, from concept to commercialisation.
 Marketing & Digital Savvy – Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer engagement strategies.
 Strong Leadership & Project Management Skills – Ability to lead projects, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Passion for Pets & Natural Nutrition – A genuine enthusiasm for the pet industry and a belief in the power of natural nutrition to improve pet health and wellbeing.
