About the Role:


NPD & Innovation Pipeline – Work closely with the Innovation Programme Manager to build effective Go-To-Market strategies that resonate across diverse markets while still maintaining brand consistency.
Market Expansion & Growth – Identify growth opportunities in international markets and tailor marketing approaches for different regions.
Multi-Channel Campaign Leadership – Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and traditional channels.
Consumer & Market Insights – Analyse global trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscapes to inform marketing decisions.
Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance marketing team.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration – Work with internal teams, regional partners, and external agencies to drive consistent brand messaging and positioning.
Performance & ROI Optimisation – Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.


About You:


Global Marketing Experience – Proven track record in international brand marketing (FMCG, pet, or consumer goods preferred).
NPD / Innovation background – Ideally you will have worked for an FMCG manufacturer with end-to-end responsibilities from white space innovation to execution.
Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
Leadership & People Management – Experience leading and mentoring a team, with a passion for developing talent.
Multi-Channel Expertise – Strong knowledge of digital, retail, and traditional marketing strategies.
Project Management & Execution – Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for Pets & Natural Nutrition – A genuine love for pets and a belief in the power of high-quality nutrition.
