About the Role:


You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships, activations and short-term leasing, with a strong focus on digital and media opportunities. You’ll identify new trends, generate leads, and manage the deal process end to end.

  • Develop and secure new media, brand partnership, sponsorship, and event activation opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Proactively generate new business leads to diversify tenant and partner mix.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with brands, media agencies and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and uncover opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver strategic leasing outcomes that meet or exceed budget.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to align opportunities with portfolio objectives.

About You:


You’re a self-starter with an eye for opportunity and the confidence to make things happen. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring both commercial savvy and creative flair to the table.
  • Proven success in business development, sales or partnership management roles with a track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in media, advertising, brand activations or digital marketing.
  • Strong relationship builder – able to connect with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders with ease.
  • Commercially minded and analytically strong – you’re comfortable using data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Skilled in negotiation and communication, with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
