As the Principal HR Advisor, you will leverage your comprehensive HR knowledge and strong business acumen to provide targeted and influential advice that leads to the right outcomes. You will play a crucial role in developing Advisors/Seniors and ensuring the delivery of quality HR support across your stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share your specialist HR knowledge to inform operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.
- Model a positive, collaborative work environment to foster high performance and problem-solving.
- Lead issue resolution and provide robust advice.
- Develop and implement solutions to current and future HR challenges.
- Use data and insights for evidence-based decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
About You:
- Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a public sector or highly unionised environment.
- Expertise in various HR functions: Employment Relations, Performance Management, Change Management, Talent Management, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- A track record of mentoring and coaching, helping teams grow and resolve complex HR issues.
