About the Role:
We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who thrives in high-impact environments – someone who combines strategic thinking with the ability to lead from the front and deliver results. Reporting to the GM Sales, you’ll take ownership of an Auckland-based Enterprise sales team, driving revenue growth through smart leadership, strong client relationships, and a focus on performance. You’ll own the sales strategy across the Enterprise Corporate segment, ensuring it aligns with One NZ’s broader commercial objectives – with clear accountability for driving both revenue and margin growth across the portfolio. It’s a chance to step into a critical role with real influence, leading a team through transformation and setting the benchmark for what success looks like in the Enterprise space. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the team to hit growth and retention targets across Enterprise Corporate clients.
- Actively coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals – leading by example, attending meetings with them, and lifting capability.
- Help bring structure and momentum to a team that’s ready to be challenged.
- Build and own strong relationships with executives and Boards – both internally and externally.
- Collaborate across teams, including with the Wellington & South Island Sales Manager and the (Auckland-based) New Business Sales Manager.
About You:
You're here to make a mark. You lead with confidence, coach with intention, and bring both polish and punch. You bring a strategic mindset with a continuous improvement lens and a track record of transformational conversations that drive real business outcomes.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in leading and building high-performing Enterprise B2B sales teams.
- A background in services sectors such as SaaS, finance, IT, professional services, or banking. Ideally in medium to large corporates.
- Strong existing Enterprise network and relationships.
- Confident at C-suite level – you understand how to influence and engage senior decision-makers.
- The ability to hold the room – whether it’s a board presentation or a client lunch.
- A hands-on leadership style – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and coach in the field.
- Highly motivated, driven, and commercially savvy – this role suits someone with long-term ambition.
- You will bring energy, credibility, and direction.
