About the Role:

As a key member of the Executive team, your role is both strategic and compliance focused. You will provide commercial insights that drive growth while ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Your technical expertise will be essential in supporting the wider Executive team and delivering precise, timely financial reporting to the business, Board, and financial markets.

Beyond the numbers, your input will shape critical commercial decisions, providing the analysis and insight needed to guide the company’s direction. Treasury also falls within your remit, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing financial risk, optimising capital, and supporting long-term strategic goals.

With a strong grasp of the company’s vision, you will challenge decision making with robust analysis and act as a key driver in executing the strategy. 


About You:

With a capable Board to whom you are accountable, this role requires a leader with presence and mana. You'll set high standards, lead from the front, and drive performance. Your flair for process improvement will enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and elevate reporting.

While financial services experience is beneficial, it’s not essential, treasury expertise would be a valuable bonus. Your entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen will be key to supporting ambitious growth plans.

A professional accounting qualification is essential, ideally with a foundation in audit.
