About the Company:
Our client is a well-known bank looking to grow their existing sales team.
About the Role:
This is a consultative, phone-based sales role where you will be selling specific lending products to customers via inbound and outbound calls (warm leads). This will be a lower volume sales role, but will involve comprehensive conversations with customers about their situations, collecting information for lending applications, and working closely with other teams within the organisation to fulfil the customer’s lending requirements.
About You:
Although we are looking for a high performer who is eager to learn and utilise their existing sales skillset, we want relationship builders who are customer-centric, patient, and empathetic. This is not a one-size-fits-all product, so you will need to have thorough conversations about the customer's situation to determine if the product is suitable, show curiosity, and have the patience to walk the customer through the benefits/specifics.
