This role would suit a sales coordinator/ sales support or administrator ideally with experience in FMCG.
About the Role:
- Coordinate and support the sales team to ensure smooth operations, timely execution of sales plans, and accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Manage sales orders, follow-ups with clients and distributors, and monitor sales performance, preparing reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and collaborate with marketing and logistics teams for seamless sales execution.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, while supporting promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.
About You:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administration/ coordinator role, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
