About the Company:


This is a growing family investment and property development company that is on an exciting journey to expand their property portfolio. They have a multitude of development projects at varying stages and require a commercial property manager to join the team. The variability of this role is exciting and you will need to work at pace.



About the Role:


In this position, your core responsibility will be financial analysis of projects and assessing the feasibility of future development opportunities. Having a strong understanding of financial performance in property development is key i.e. the ramifications of putting equity in/out of projects and the subsequent effects on the capital leveraged.

You will need to have a strong understanding of financial modelling, cash flow forecasts and managing development project budgets. Its vital you are able to bring to life financial data and build trust across the business ensuring seamless execution and growth within the portfolio. 

Being a strategic thinker will be essential as you will also oversee marketing and commercial strategies to drive project success. This role requires strong collaboration with the Development Manager and other senior stakeholders across the various businesses that operate under the family office – private equity and private credit.

About You:
 

  • Proven experience in investment and property development industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial/investment analysis with the ability to provided strong insights and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of feasibility studies and experience carrying them out.
  • High energy individual who enjoys an upfront and honest environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
