An international FMCG company looking to expand their offering into NZ – Auckland based.

About the Role:

This is a standalone position to collaborate closely with the Head of On-Premise and sales teams, where your financial acumen will drive the profit performance of key accounts and support overall commercial financial decisions.

You will provide valuable insights into promotional profitability, sales demand volumes, financial forecasts, quarterly customer business reviews, sales reporting, whilst also analysing market data information to ensure your recommendations and insights are robustly supported.   
You will also be instrumental in embedding strong governance and efficient processes that enhance decision-making and build trust in your work.

About You:
 

• Already working in a commercial role ideally within FMCG or manufacturing would be advantageous. However, we are also open to other backgrounds.
• Candidates that have started their career in audit or BAS and have 2/3 years’ experience in a commercial role will be strong options for consideration.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and previous experience in financial analysis and complex data analysis.
• Ability to effectively provide insights and commercial analysis to support decisions.
• Confident communicator who is prepared to challenge areas of concern to ensure accurate sales reporting.
• CA, CPA, CIMA qualified.
