This is a place who know how to make work feel like home – chef quality meals, parking onsite, and a business full of people who are proud to be there!

About the Role:

This role will help bring the people strategy to life.  With the vision being future workforce focused – you’ll be part of a team who are tasked with taking everything “people” to new heights.  It’s about uplift and quality – through coaching and business savvy advice.
You will touch everything that you’d expect from a People Partnering role. Coupled with this, are a tonne of HR projects on the agenda – all contributing to the impact the P&C team will have. Supported by a brilliant CPO, and a CEO with a forward thinking people focus,  you will definitely get to contribute to the overall transformation.

About You:

You are an experienced HR Business Partner who is collaborative and loves to get stuff done. Nothing is beneath you, but with that, you can elevate as well, bringing strategic insight to the table. You are known for your exceptionally high standards.
You will have solid NZ ER experience. This is not negotiable! Exposure to Unions could be to your advantage, as would experience in a larger, complex business, with lots of moving parts.
To complement this, we’re looking for a collegial, coaching style. People talk with high praise about your ability to navigate challenges, not being afraid to tackle the difficult situations, while still bringing people along with you. You lean into the tricky things and coach others to do the same – with ease.  You’re an enabler!
