About the Role:
As we’re seeing an increase in demand for individuals with insurance or claims backgrounds who may be looking to further their careers, we are looking for candidates with experience in this area.
In these insurance roles, your day will include answering incoming calls from customers with empathy, following up on required documentation, liaising with other interested parties, and problem-solving to manage any issues or complaints. There may also be an element of email correspondence in some roles too.
About You:
- You MUST have at least two years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in claims is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- A customer-centric nature – you will be empathetic and enjoy helping customers
- Willingness to learn and ability to pick up on systems/processes
