Performance and Insights Manager

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for performance analysis and strategic insights?

We are looking for a Performance and Insights Manager to lead enterprise performance monitoring, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.



About the Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Work with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive view of key performance indicators.
  • Analyse financial and non-financial data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop clear, concise reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes and data integrity.
  • Lead a team, fostering a high-performance culture.


About You:

✔ 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
✔ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
✔ Experience with Power BI, Oracle SQL, or similar tools.
✔ Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
✔ Strong leadership skills with experience coaching analysts.
✔ Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
