About the Role:
 

  • Reporting into the experienced Chief Marketing Officer, the focus of this role to lead the marketing, digital marketing and marketing communications activity for visitor  & commuter segments at Fullers360.
  • Managing and coaching a team of 4 direct reports (Marketing & Communications Manager, Digital Product Lead, Digital Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer), a creative & customer led proactive strategic person is required to manage the inhouse design team while managing external creative, digital and media contractors as well.
  • This role works closely with the wider Commercial Team, the Digital Transformation team as well as other cross functional teams, this is a collaborative and diverse organisation.
  • This is a digitally led strategic, technical, commercial role, as well as being creative and customer centric.  It is unique, roles like this don’t come up often. A collaborative role internally and to lead the team to drive outcomes, at times being hands on. This is a broad integrated marketing role.

Key elements of the role include
  • Developing and implementing the annual plans across brand,  marketing, digital marketing, content  and communications activity across integrated channels, where performance is measured
  • Driving marketing automation, segmentation, CRM and enhanced user experiences through the DXP platform
  • Manage budgets and reports, be across latest marketing trends, insights and data


About You:
 
  • We are looking for an experienced digitally led Senior Marketing Manager who is looking for their next step up into a Head of Marketing role.
  • This is a really  exciting opportunity to drive your career forwards in a collaborative, agile, customer led and commercial business.
  • We are looking for someone who is insights driven, analytical, innovative, and has led and managed brand, marketing, digital marketing and comms activity& implementation, with the support of their marketing team.
  • We are open to sector here; you don’t need to have tourism/travel but a passion for this is required! You could be from the services sector, potentially retail focussed.
  • This role covers the following channels - Digital (Social Media, GA, SEM/SEO, programmatic display, website), marketing automation, eDms/CRM, video/stills content), radio, OOH, POS, partnership marketing and sales collateral to name a few.
  • We do require marketing automation experience for success in this role,  this role works closely with the GM Digital on transformation   on a Digital Experience Platform to improve customer engagement and sales.
  • You will be a strategic passionate, dynamic and results driven marketing leader. You will have a strong commercial understanding and be able manage monthly marketing budgets.
  • You will be a natural communicator and be able to build rapport easily with cross functional teams and stakeholders creating a cohesive team.
  • You will be proactive, able to lead the marketing function working closely with the CMO, as well as coach/mentor to the team.
