About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a temporary role based in West Auckland, starting ASAP. If you're excited to dive into recruitment/admin activities, love getting things done, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the recruitment process
- Write and post job advertisements on relevant job boards
- Screen applicants, reviewing resumes and qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements
- Conduct reference checks
- Communicate effectively with applicants, providing support throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities
- Assist with both onboarding and offboarding processes
About You:
- Ideally, you have experience in Recruitment administration or coordination
- You bring a positive attitude to everything you do
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proactive and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Confident in using recruitment systems and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
