About the Role:
This temporary position is located in North Shore, starting ASAP!
We are looking for someone who is keen to work onsite and follow a shifting schedule (6am-2pm & 12:30 – 9pm).
While experience in communications is preferred, we welcome candidates with coordination experience and a strong interest in the field.
As part of the team, you will:
- Ensure the delivery of accurate, real-time information to our customers
- Translate complex information into clear, easily understandable messages
- Plan, implement, and manage communication across various channels, including internal communications, media, websites, and social media
About You:
- Flexible to work onsite and in rotating shifts (6am-2pm & 12:30 – 9pm)
- Experience in communications, marketing, or customer service information management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving situations
- Experience in building collaborative relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Practical skills in translating technical information for customers
