About the Role:


This temporary position is located in North Shore, starting ASAP!
We are looking for someone who is keen to work onsite and follow a shifting schedule (6am-2pm & 12:30 – 9pm).
While experience in communications is preferred, we welcome candidates with coordination experience and a strong interest in the field.


As part of the team, you will:

  • Ensure the delivery of accurate, real-time information to our customers
  • Translate complex information into clear, easily understandable messages
  • Plan, implement, and manage communication across various channels, including internal communications, media, websites, and social media


About You:
 
  • Flexible to work onsite and in rotating shifts (6am-2pm & 12:30 – 9pm)
  • Experience in communications, marketing, or customer service information management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving situations
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Practical skills in translating technical information for customers
