About the Company:

The organisation we are working with are a growing property coaching business led by a passionate female entrepreneur, dedicated to empowering individuals to confidently navigate the property market. They are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant based in Auckland, with a flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week over 3 or 4 days, this role can be worked fully remote from home but you will be required to do face to face catch ups from time to time. An interest in property is a bonus, and we’re looking for someone detail-oriented and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business.


About the Role:
 

  • Communication Support: Act as a point of contact for communication handling emails, calls, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Travel & Diary Management: Organise and manage travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations. Ensure smooth scheduling and diary management.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating events, ensuring all logistics are taken care of, and helping prepare materials and communications.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing content, including newsletters
  • Profile Uplift & Research: Conduct research to identify relevant events, conferences, and speaking opportunities for the business leader to attend. Support with building and enhancing her professional profile.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations of the business.


About You:
 
  • You will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Highly proficient with various systems and platforms, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task management.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional emails and documents.
  • An interest in property is advantageous, offering a deeper understanding of the business.
  • Positive energy and a proactive attitude, bringing enthusiasm and a can-do approach to every task.
  • Polished presentation, maintaining a professional approach and demeanour in all business interactions.
