About the Role:

This is a hands-on, tactical marketing role where you’ll be at the heart of our campaigns, brand management, digital marketing and all communications. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work across our business units—Tribe Recruit, Tribe Tech, Tribe Executive, and Tau Mai—ensuring our marketing efforts are impactful, consistent, and results-driven (i.e. driving sales).
Communications and brand storytelling is key — from external messaging to internal alignment. You’ll be the guardian of our voice, ensuring Tribe’s marketing is sharp, strategic, and on-brand across all channels.
While this is a tactical, hands-on role, it also offers the chance to shape our marketing approach and elevate our position in the market.

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Own and refine Tribe’s tone of voice across external and internal communications, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Manage, coach and mentor a Marketing Coordinator, always leading by example. 
  • Develop a content strategy and assist the Marketing Coordinator in crafting compelling LinkedIn blogs, RFPs, proposals, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.
  • Maintain a strong, unified brand identity across all Tribe divisions (Recruit, Tech, Leadership, and Executive).
  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Own Tribe’s event marketing strategy, from industry events to webinars, ensuring our presence is strong and strategic.
  • Stay ahead of trends, using AI tools and analytics to enhance communication strategies.
  • Track and allocate marketing spend effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across campaigns, content, and digital initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends by researching competitors, identifying opportunities, and ensuring Tribe’s positioning remains strong and differentiated.

About You:
 
  • You are an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong track record in developing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels that generate leads and drive brand awareness.
  • You will be proactive, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced and changing environment. You will be resilient and up for the challenge to make change.
  • You will be a great coach/mentor who wants to bring out the best in their team and be ready to drive and deliver on ambitious marketing plans with the full support of the business.
  • You will have exceptional writing & communication skills with the ability to craft sharp, engaging, and professional messaging for different audiences.
  • You are creative and balance big-picture thinking with execution, bringing ideas to life with a practical, results-driven approach.
  • You are a people person and love working with a range of stakeholders, from the internal team (Leaders, Consultants), as well as external (agencies, clients etc.).
  • Passionate about staying ahead of the curve and exploring new marketing tools, trends, and AI-driven innovations.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media, email marketing, and website content.
